Refund Policy

Because Ecom Sach sells digital eBooks, products may be accessed or downloaded immediately after purchase.

Digital eBook Purchases

Unless a specific product page clearly states otherwise, all eBook purchases are non-refundable once the eBook has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

Digital products cannot be physically returned once delivered.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same eBook more than once, contact us as soon as possible.

We may review the transaction and, where appropriate, provide a refund for the duplicate purchase.

Technical Problems

If you have successfully purchased an eBook but cannot access or download it because of a technical problem caused by Ecom Sach, contact us.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide access to the purchased product or provide an alternative delivery method.

Incorrect Email Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct email address during checkout.

If an eBook cannot be delivered because an incorrect email address was provided, contact us and provide your order details. We will make reasonable efforts to assist.

Unauthorized Sharing

Refunds will not generally be provided where a customer has purchased an eBook and subsequently shared, copied, redistributed, or publicly uploaded the content.
